- The lease agreement less than 2 months; a refundable of 1 month deposit plus the first month rental are required upon signing a lease.
- The lease agreement for more than 2 months: a refundable of 2 months deposit plus the first month rental are required upon singing a lease.
- Monthly due To departure date is on the date that lease signed.
- Penalty charge until the settlement (150 Baht/day).
- In case of customers do not complete the term of contract, Win Long Place reserves the right not to return deposit and customers have to pay the occurred expense during their period of stay. Furnished room includes Air-Conditioning, Cable TV, Telephone, Refrigerator, Hot & Cold Water
- In case a customer stay less than the agreed duration of stay, the closest rate charged will be applied. Furnished room includes Air-Conditioning, Cable TV, Telephone, Refrigerator, Hot & Cold Water, Daily Maid Cleaning.
Note : There are two times a week cleanliness to serve for monthly.
