CANCELLATION AND NOSHOW POLICY

The client must notify the hotel by e-mail, fax or by written notice of any cancellation or reduction in the daily number of reserved rooms as early as possible, but in any case not later than 7 days prior to arrival.

Should the client cancel or reduce the confirmed reservations by more than the allowed number of rooms after the minimum notice date has passed, or should the client fail to arrive without prior cancellation, the hotel reserves the right to charge a late cancellation or no-show fee equivalent to the tariff rate for one night for each room cancelled in excess of the allowed number, or for each room not taken up.



DEPOSITS

A deposit equivalent to one night tariff rate for each room is required. Please reserve 14 days before arrival date, refundable only when written cancellation received not less than 7 days before arrival date. Deposit can be made in cash only by transferring to:
